Knowing your limits and sticking to them is key for protecting your mental health during the holidays. Let’s explore how you can avoid overcommitting this season.

Start Early
With the holiday season fast approaching, it is important to recognize the importance of mental health, especially when it comes to stress levels. Planning ahead for holidays is a great way to ensure that everything goes smoothly and can help keep stress at bay. By starting preparations in advance, you can do things like make your gift shopping list ahead of time and start crossing items off your to-do list before hitting crunch time.
